Neighborhood Clean-ups

Friends makes it a priority each year to schedule a minimum of four quarterly clean-ups. We believe it is important to keep Fort Point clean of trash and other debris that could easily make its way to our beloved channel & ocean water. Our neighborhood clean-ups are wonderful ways for local businesses and other non-profit to join us as we keep Fort Point clean and safe. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a clean-up for either the month of August or early November with us!

Boston Marathon Daffodil Program: Flower in Fort Point Channel

Friends is committed to the enhance of our beautiful and historical neighborhood. This past spring, Friends participated in the Boston Marathon Daffodil program. This year, the program scattered 100s of Daffodils all over the City of Boston as a way to say thank you to the essential workers that were tirelessly fighting off Covid-19. Friends would like to publicly thank Diane Valle for the extra 200 daffodils that were planted off of A Street and Summer Street in Fort Point. Friends would also like to say thank you to FPNA & our neighbors for helping us plant. We look forward to more trees, foliage and flowers with an emphasis on green space in our neighborhood over the coming months.

If you are interested in donating a tree or flowers to our neighborhood, please head to the contact page and send us an e-mail.
